I should take a picture, but that would require going out into the S N 0 W! It has been snowing steadily since about 10 this morning, and it doesn’t look to let up for the rest of the day.
Yes. Imagine. Las Vegas. The DESERT. Snow.
It’s like the white Christmas has decided to stalk me across the Southwest.
And yes, yes. I realize you people out East have it much worse. Boo hoo. Guess what? Your people in the Northeast are not sitting in a tin can with less than 2 inches of material (let alone insulation) between you and the Great Outdoors.
This is not what I signed up for.
On the plus side, the nearby Red Rock mountains are very pretty when there’s a blanket of white stuff covering them.
Edit: Pictures of The Dress mentioned in the previous post will be available after New Years Eve. John hasn’t seen the dress. I’m going to see if he’ll actually dislocate his jaw when it drops open as I step out in all my gorgeous finery.
