  1. That is badass. I love cardio, it’s the only thing I can see making good progress on all the time. Compared to lifting, which I feel takes longer to see progress. Feels like I have more energy when I run regularly too.

  2. I generally despise exercise.

    I started weight training in June and have definitely improved over the past 2 and a half months. I’ve also seen the improvement in how I feel, overall, when I try to carry things up and down the stairs, etc.

  3. I’m bringing my running shoes to Michigan in hopes that will keep me going when I’m there. There is also a gym in my network thats only 2 miles from my dad’s place.
