Went to the gym today (arm day!)

It’s pizza day at my gym. First Monday of the month. Gotta love a gym that really knows their audience.

I managed to avoid the pizza because I knew there was a healthy dinner at home.

And then a guy was super nice and let me jump ahead on the tricecp pulldown. He was about to use it and we both kinda got to it at the same time. He offered to hop on another machine. Kindness of strangers!

Meanwhile, my core continues its slow progress towards “not so pathetic.”

  1. My core is super-weak. I can’t do a full sit up without my back hurting. I use an ab machine because it lets me do crunches with less weight than I would move if I were just laying on the floor and trying to crunch.

    Really pathetic. Every time I go to the gym, I work my core, plus either legs, arms, or shoulders/chest. And then I also run, which works my legs even more.
