This project is taking me forever, but I am making progress on the parasol I started in July.
It’s hard to believe that I’m now on my 3rd month of working on this project. Thankfully, I’m in the home stretch, working on the last 10 rows or so:
Unfortunately, those are going slowly because I’m putting beads into the edges as I go.
The designer posted a video in August of how to put the parasol together onto an umbrella frame. She also sent me a note that I might have made my parasol a bit too big for the frame. She’s probably right, and I may need to buy a beach umbrella (they’re larger) to get it to fit right. For now, though, I’m continuing in my merry way.
