OK, folks! If you are in Portland, Oregon, or plan to be on Monday, August 17th, and if you read/stalk my blog, you are hereby invited to my birthday party! It will be in the evening, and probably at the AMF bowling alley on Powell St. (SE)– check back here and on Facebook for final details. I am thinking around 7:00 PM until 10 or 11, which will give time to bowl a round before driving home for the early risers, and plenty of time to hang out for the night owls.
$$ details: We’ll buy a few pitchers of beer, some kind of food (will try to meet dietary concerns, but do eat beforehand if you’re on a really restricted diet), and the lane fees. Bring a couple of bucks for shoes, or your own bowling shoes– whatever works for you. Your presence is your present. RSVP so I have a rough head count for the reservation.
