I’ve been a little quiet for the last month or so, and you might be wondering where I went. After NaNoWriMo, John and I went on a rigorous hike into Carlsbad Caverns, which was absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately, it was also rigorous, and I’ve had almost a whole week of pain as a result. From muscle aches all over to a “crick” in my neck and back that has really made me miserable and aching, I’ve basically been uncomfortable since Sunday. So, if you’re wondering where the heck I went off to, that’s the answer– I’m trying really hard not to sit at the computer all day long and make myself even more stiff and miserable.
