#8: Another choker

This tatted choker is for ME!

Same basic idea as the black one I made last week, but in light blue. It’s pretty, but as it turns out, it might be about one half of an inch too big.

I finished both of these in January. They were gifts.
First up is a replacement stuffie for someone in one of my swaps. She loves it. She specifically mentioned in her swap-bot profile that she likes TP stuffies, and my brain just kind of went “huh– I could make that!” So I did:

The second is a pair of socks for my godmother, Carol. She likes bright socks and, like my mom, has diabetes and can run into circulation problems with ribbed socks. These have a lacey cuff and I did a stretchy cast-on (cast on twice the number of stitches needed and reduced down). The variegated parts are in Tofutsies yarn, which is supposed to have antibacterial properties.

If I spend about an hour on it, I will finish the Fish, first in the Guardians series. I now have all the materials I need, and they’re all inside the RV and in easy reach. All I really need is a little motivation!
