Something I forgot about living in an RV, versus a huge house with lots of cathedral ceilings:
I am a klutz.
So far, I have klonked my head against something, usually a cabinet, but in at least one case, a corian countertop. I have also dropped (and broken) the nice wooden case containing our poker chip set, which then required me to clean up a gazillion poker chips (I counted).
In better news, I bought a new bicycle today, one which fits well and is fun to ride. It’s an adorable 7-speed cruiser, in orange. Pictures soon, I promise. As soon as I unpack my camera….
I also need a new bike helmet. Mine is about 10 years old, which means time to get a new one, apparently. John needs a new one as well. I’m reading up on bike safety, how to ride in the street, bike helmets, etc., and have decided on the Bell Slant or Bell Citi helmet, and leaning towards the Bell Slant, because it’s actually available in orange in locations where I could actually, you know, buy it.
