It’s all ’s fault.
You people should all be warned: is a bad influence. Nobody should ever IM with her, especially when they’re tired and on a deadline.
Why? Because she reads Craigslist incessantly, and will “helpfully” point out the 20gallon long with stand that’s *only* $100, and yes, she’ll even pick it up (well, she did for me).
So, $250 poorer (I needed new plants, driftwood, and a filter,, didn’t I?) and soon to be another $26 poorer (heater broke), I have a planted girl tank with the five original chicas, plus Big Bird, who I bought on Saturday at my local fish club. (Pictures forthcoming)
Yes, it has not escaped my notice that there is now a 10 gallon tank, fully cycled, sitting there. EMPTY.
