I added water to the fry tank. About a gallon more than it had before.
Erm.
But I forgot to move the heater.
So it got submerged. For about 5 minutes, until Sam the Eagle swam over to it and made me notice.
Whoops.
I hope I didn’t destroy it. A damaged heater could either stop working altogether (cold tank), or not regulate the temperature properly (hot, hot hot tank).
Erm. Oops?
