Last night, John put the big camping pads on our bed, because our mattress was so bad.
This morning I woke up without my lower back being in agony. For the first time in months.
We have a new mattress ordered, I’m just waiting for delivery. Think I’ll call again today to ask about it.
My upper back still hurts, but that’s from crawling around on the roof yesterday taking down the Christmas lights and cleaning out the gutters. But my lower back… I’d started to think I might have disk damage down there.
