Challenges in the New Year

I posted a list similar to this one last year. It’s a list of resources for folks who, like me, are goal-oriented and like making New Years Resolutions or taking on new challenges and goals in the New Year.

- Do one thing every day for 100 days. It will change you.
- 101 goals, 1001 days (just about 3 years and 9 months).
43things - any goal, any thing.
FlyLady - improved housekeeping and organizational skills
- 43 Folders is a website for organizational skills using the Getting Things Done system.
- Read 50 books in a year.
- Read 15000 pages in a year.
- A book club on LiveJournal.
- Take a themed photo every week.
- a themed fiber arts creation challenge every week.
BookCrossing - handy for the above 2 goals.
- Write a 50,000-word book in a month (November)
- Write a 50,000-word book in January
Book-in-a-Week - Write a “book” (you define the goal length) in a week.
NaNoWriYe - write and publish a book in a year.
Other World Writers Workshop - online writing workshop for marketable SF/Fantasy fiction.
Weight Watchers - weight loss resource.

So, what are your goals and where do you find the tools and community to achieve them?
