(Belated, I know.)
Wrote a chapter and a half in the last 3 days, so I’m a bit, um, tired. Caught my second wind on the book, though (the tech book– the novel is languishing). Can’t wait till I can tell you all what book I’m writing, though (I have to wait for it to go up on the publisher’s website before making the Big Announce).
Bought a new computer (Windows XP– yes, we had to fall back down again). And an iPod Video. Tax deductible, both. Most expensive chapter so far (this book, anyway).
John got Civ 4. Not tax deductible. Part of the new computer use, though.
Need to exchange the memory John bought– idiot Fry’s salesperson picked out the wrong memory card. Of course. John was pissed, since it required him to take his keyboard out of his computer (twice), and he still didn’t get more memory for his pains.
Did some vlogging over the weekend, too. Posted the chicken video for , and did a very short (2 MB) segment called “Rainy day” to highlight what the past week has been like, weather-wise, around my house. Vlog is here, if you’re not familiar with it already.
