I officially felt jealous of someone’s word count today.
Also, I am going to Las Vegas tomorrow for ’s wedding– yay! Back to work on Friday– boo.
Election next Tuesday. Got everything lined up, both here and at the election site. Yay!
Apparently, my novel will have a weird Halloween party in it. Weird, funny, or just really normal ideas for things that happen at Halloween parties (for adults) welcomed. The protagonist is moving in on the night of the party, so that will be kind of amusing.
She already detests one of the most important secondaries. Yay for conflict!
First write-in is tonight! I’m leaving in the next 15 minutes to get there in time. Woot! I have at least 4 folks planning to show up!
In non-NaNo book land: I have 10 pages written and need about 7 more. Fortunately, I have 7 pages worth of content I can write. Unfortunately, it requires about 4 hours of research that I don’t have. And about 3 hours of screen captures. Meh. I’ll get there, though. I swear! By Friday, no less!
Probably doing most of the chapter tonight, so I can work on the novel tomorrow when not attending the wedding and/or dinner/dessert with Nikki, and/or gambling.
