A little explanation for this short clip: Day Three in This Book Will Change Your Life is “Throw away something you like.” I actually like the loofah pictured– it’s a good combination of scratchy and soft, and takes soap really well. It was a gift from one of my best friends, in congratulations on my marathon last October. However, its all-natural composition has left it vulnerable to mildew and mold and so, while I like it very much, I don’t mind throwing it away.

So, I’m on a Mac and since I created the movie, I know it works on my machine.
