My new digital camera and photo printer arrived yesterday. I got them all set up and working; even printed the nice photo of Allegro to put on my desk here at work. At default settings, I can take about 11 photos on the current card. I hope the new card arrives soon….
The pants are done. I am wearing them today. John took a pic this morning of me in them, but I didn’t have tiem to transfer them from the camera to the laptop and upload them.
Someone stole a thumbtack from my cubicle yesterday. OK, so I have, like, fifteen pieces of origami tacked to my cube walls, right? Someone stole one of the thumbtacks that hold my “What are my job responsibilities?” list from the outside of my cubicle (the list that tells people not to put shit on my desk if it’s not mine). Fifteen pieces of origami they could have chosen from, and instead they choose to lopside my job responsibilities. What. Ever.
Inga taught me to purl yesterday. I just needed someone to show me, really– intellectually I knew it was a lot like knit, but backwards.
