My left contact lens hurts today. Growl. I can’t find a scratch on it, but it’s irritating my eye to no end.
I got photos of Alladin (from his online photo album– none new). My camera is still broken and I still haven’t replaced it.
This evening during American Idol, I think I’m going to measure and cut the fabric for a pair of summery pants– bought the fabric yesterday on sale ($3.97/yard for just under 4 yards of shiny blue print rayon in remnants). Maybe tomorrow I’ll sew them up before Idol starts. The nice thing is, with this pattern, I think it won’t be too hard to take in the pants as I lose weight, since they’re not very tight-fitting. The main thing will be to shorten the crotch, but it’ll be a while before I need to do that.
I also bought some batik fabric that was on sale (25% off of $7/yard). I want to make a shirt that can pass for a Hawaiian shirt for Hawaiian shirt days at work.
