Seven years ago as of tomorrow, John and I were married.
We walked to breakfast this morning, something I think we would both like to make a habit of. We spent today hanging out together, snuggling, bottling beer, and looking at old photographs from the last 7 years (so I can scrapbook them). I even got a short nap in at around 2:30.
It was a very nice day.
Remember when I said I’d like to have a DSL provider that didn’t suck?
Well, we found out what was wrong with me being unable to upload large files and post more than 2 paragraphs at a time to LiveJournal.
Believe it or not (and yes, this is totally fucked up), it was that damned MTU problem– the one that’s only supposed to screw up users in the UK!
Fucktards….
Anyway, fellow Support volunteers should take note, that the MTU problem can also affect people in California, if they have SBC and it’s not legacy SBC connections (like ours used to be a PacBell DSL and it worked and didn’t have this lame sticky IP crap and all that).
