Back on the wagon….

I’m returning to Weight Watchers tonight. *sigh* Need to get back on the wagon, I guess you could say. The first three weeks of WW is all about food and adjusting your diet, so I won’t need to fit exercise into my schedule again until the end of the month, which is great, since I don’t think I could find time right now with the moving and the house and all that stuff.

I need a really easy way to plan WW-friendly meals in advance for the week. Maybe I can talk to John about just figuring out how many points I’ll leave for dinners or something.
