Allegro is now sneezing. With luck, his course will be the same as Alladin’s, and he’ll be OK in a few days. I am going to be extra-careful to keep them separate when we’re not home for long periods of time, though. Allegro needs his rest!

More kitten pictures! Mostly of him sleeping, cause he’s been feeling so poorly.
Photographic proof that they’re starting to get along with each other, at least a little bit.
The rest of the kitten pictures are here.
36 hours after I glued the “Lee press-on-claws” for Alladin, he managed to pull not one, not two, but four of them off his claws. And putting replacements on was an exercise in kitten-wrestling. I did one paw fairly quickly– it was only missing one cap, so I didn’t shed much blood over that. And when I tried to do the other one, he wrestled and wrangled, but at least he couldn’t claw me with his left paw while I was wrangling with his right.
I think he’s a right-pawed kitty. Do cats have a handedness?
Oh, more pictures coming soon.
All you folks getting buried in white stuff, hope you stay warm and dry! Today it was in the 60’s-70’s here. John went camping. I spent the day being very girly:
Took Alladin to the vet and got him antibiotics
Went shopping for cat toys
Made myself a lunch of leftovers and watched Miss Congeniality.
Wrote a bit in USA?
Worked on Alladin’s scrapbook.
Got Chinese food and watched both Princess Diaries movies and drank tea. Because really, am I ever going to see either of these movies if John is home? I didn’t think so, either.
Anyway, I’ve enjoyed my Girl’s Night. It’s been fun. And cuddly (got both cats on the sofa at the same time for a long time this afternoon– go kitties!)
