So… tired

I am so tired, I can barely keep my eyes open.
See, I stayed up until 12:24 this morning so I could hit that first 350 words at midnight. Which I did.
But before that, I watched a scary movie, Dawn of the Dead (the new one). During the opening credits, I knew this was a movie that was going to give me nightmares. Seriously– I got freaked really early.
So I had dreams about zombies. All. Night. Long. And at 5:30, I finally decided to just stay awake. Which meant I was half-awake and things from my subconscious mind were flitting about in my conscious mind, making me think there were zombies everywhere.
After John got up, he checked his email and there was a Halloween prank in his inbox which, after a few seconds, lets out this really loud scream/growl. I wanted to pull the covers back over my head and hide for the rest of the day.
