I have been officially admonished by my doctor that I am to take ibuprofen or a similar non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication every day, ALL DAY for two weeks, minimum.
Because, you see, I wasn’t taking enough of it (just once or twice a day). It’s not that I hate taking drugs, it’s that I don’t want to develop further resistance to the only drug that works on my headaches.
But he said I could take Aleve, which is good. I’ll do that.
Oh, x-ray shows no fracture, and supports plantar facitis diagnosis. MRI tomorrow night, and dr. appointment on Monday.
Had meeting with NaNoWriMo co-ML today. It was a good meeting, very productive; we will have many fun events this month.
