Work: Going OK. Have stuff to do. Stuff keeps me busy.

Training: Need to train today, but when? Am leaving here at 6, so maybe I go run for an hour at 4:45, and have time to shower before visiting this evening.

Fundraising: I still need to raise almost $500. Eep! The auctions went well, and one has already paid, the other (who won 5 of the auctions) is donating directly to LLS online with her credit card.

Home: The house is a mess. I’m basically closing my eyes when I walk through the door these days. Did some dishes this morning, and put away some gaming stuff.

Pets: The pets are all healthy and doing well. Zoot even seems to have recovered from his fungus. Mostly.

Crafts: I finished the black ribbon part of the shawl I’m working on, and am onto the edging. I actually did most of the edging last night, then realized I had started on the wrong side (it’s a triangular shawl, and I’m edging two of the sides), so I had to pull it all back out and start over. Ugh! But it’s pretty– I’ll post pics later.

LJ: I discovered today that sending pics from my phone to LJ will result in them being posted. I will test this later today. Indeed. Also, many of my LJ friends are: (a) having drama at school, (b) having a hurricane bear down on them or their families, (c) having drama on LJ, (d) having medical problems with their families or themselves, and/or (e) being sweet and wonderful

To those having troubles, either drama or especially the hurricane and medical folks: my thoughts are with you guys. Seriously, you guys have no idea how much of my time is spent with random blips of thoughts thinking “Gee, I hope is okay,” or “I wonder if ’s mom is doing OK.” Take care of yourselves and your families, and never feel you need to apologize for being yourself in your own journals. I love you all.
