I got home last night and told him about the latest bit of Drama At Work (it’s highly amusing– the kind of thing that, on the surface, makes no sense, and when you scratch a little deeper, you realize it REALLY makes no sense). Anyway, his instantaneous reaction to being told “we were told today that they want us to do X” was “No, I don’t think so.” He’s not even a tech writer, yet he understands the most basic thing about professional writing: don’t lose control of your documentation.

I love him.

Oh, yes. It’s out of hand.

Thursday, September 30th, 2004

I’m posting them with altered date-stamps, but they might show up in my LiveJournal cross-post anyway. Bear with me, please.

Note: Many of these books also have full reviews available in the book review podcast (RSS).

No, I have no idea where I might go with this idea. But it sounds fun.
