This poll is entirely voluntary. If you don’t want to tell me about your custom groups, it’s OK. I’m intensely curious, though, because I’ve noticed a few of my friends have me in some very well-trusted filters. I’m highly honored, of course, and will continue to try and be worthy of that trust. But it does make me wonder– how many of you use custom filters, how often, and how?

John’s dad is here! He arrived last night at about 11 PM (well, that’s when he got to our house, anyway). He looks good, if a little tired. And he’s one of my very favorite people, so… yay!

I’m so happy today! Yay!

I wrote this entry at 7:30 this morning, when LJ was misbehavin’….

Dudley Dursley is a wizard, possibly the half-blood prince mentioned in the title of Book Six.
At the end of the series, Harry is taken on as the Professor of the Dark Arts, because really, who knows more about dark magic than Harry?

Those are my predictions, as a storyteller and from reading the books carefully and picking up clues, for what I think will happen. Something that I hope will happen is that Professor Snape and Harry reconcile– Snape is a better father-figure for Harry than anyone else in his life, whether Harry realizes it or not.

I will take Rowling’s word for it that Harry is not Voldemort’s son and say that I think they are bound together in a way that is closer than kin.
