So, today I called my mom to find out if she’d been fooled yesterday or not. We got to talking about other stuff for about 20 minutes, and then she asked me to tell her about this new company that bought ours.
So, I said, “Oh, you mean the email I sent you yesterday?” Sure, yep. So, I poke her a few more times. “The one with the freak storm?” Yes…. “What time did I send that to you?” Oh, I don’t know– I got it at about 1:55. “And what was yesterday?” Oh! You little—!!!
This is, arguably, my most successful April Fools’ joke to date.
