Subject: I should have turned around and gone home
Highway 17 was a mess this morning. A freak storm came in last night and dumped 4 inches of snow onto the highway– just enough to stick and make a huge mess. I don’t have any vacation time left cause of the dog. I spent 3 hours in traffic and $60 buying snow chains to get here, only to find out that [my company]’s been bought by [our largest competitor].
What a sucky day….
