Click-treat success

So, I did click-treat with Hammer just now, just 6 clicks.

On the third, he was already reacting for the treat.

YES! This is a successful training session. He did what I wanted him to do– associated the click with the treat.

GO HAMMER!

Oh, and we had mixed news from the vet this morning. The radiologist from Pacific Veterinary thinks his heart is okay for a dog of his size and breed. But we have very inconclusive results from the back leg, which looks like it could be a long-term thing, since the leg is so atrophied, something he probably masked for a long time. But then, it could be neurological, and we still don’t know what happened with his cardio problem during the x-ray. Anyway, Berkeley has a cardiologist and a neurologist, so we might take him up there for diagnosis and treatment.
