I lost 2.4 lbs. this week, for a total of 15.8 since 10/01/03.
Thank you everyone who said nice things to me yesterday. As you could tell, I was having a rough time of it. Miraculously, I did not overeat, though I did treat myself to a low-fat ice cream sandwich at dinner.
Sigh. More f-ing traffic

Someone flipped their car over on Hwy 17 this morning. Causing a backup all the way to Mt. Hermon Road (my on-ramp). Even though it was cleared by the time I got on the highway, it took me over an hour to get to work.
I hate this shit.
