A couple of ideas I need to rattle with

From dreams last night:
1) A girl is wheelchair-bound and visually impaired and has an assistance dog (might be a therapy dog) who is sick. Her mother is bedridden with some sort of paralysis disease (CP?) Anyway, my POV was as a vet tech trying to help and noting that the dog was about 16 years old and, frankly, dying. The dog is the girl’s best and only friend, as well as being a vital part of her ability to get around. She also has some kind of breathing disease that makes it hard for her to get around.
2) A beautiful but somewhat frail girl (at one point, same girl from Dream 1, but walking asthmatically) in a wedding dress. I (male) helped her escape, run away from a difficult marriage to someone really wealthy and powerful. We ended up at one point needing new clothes– I gave her mine, even though it meant running around naked/in skivvies for the rest of the time.
At one point, we encountered a third person, male also, I think, who came with us. We were stuck out in the snow, hiding in the bushes, outside a manor house where they knew who she was and wanted to capture her. A girl from inside (Liberty– she had that way of talking to us) brought out a dish of canned food (like cat food) and a bowl of broken up cookies (Oreos) to tempt us to come closer. She didn’t seem to notice that I was in the bush to her right while she was talking to the girl and the other boy in the one to her right.
