So, while they’re inside doing the carpet right now, I’m outside with the dog, moving about the back yard to stay in the shady spots to keep the dog cool and so I can see my computer screen.

Did I mention today that I love wifi? And batteries that last 3 hours? Yes. Yes, we likes much.

Oh, and is the greatest LJ Staff person EVAR.

We had a minor delay this morning, as the carpet installer who was originally scheduled called in this morning with a death in the family.

A replacement has been brought in, and will be here in an hour or so.

Left to do:
Hammer’s crate
Top of the treadmill
Take apart the bed (we need the installers here for this– too heavy for just us).

And once they’re here and working, I can settle down with the laptop and wifi out in the backyard and diddle around on the computer all day, finish Jo’s review, and maybe go see Pirates of the Carribbean.
