Flylady!

I went home early cause of the headache. Basically sat in bed and wrote on Trinity (the Cass/Kippen story), until she heated up so bad I was burning my wrists. Whoops.

At about 6:30, I felt up to moving again, so I got out of bed and did my 15 minutes of de-cluttering. Which turned into just over half an hour, but I’ve now got the crafts bookshelves looking less like CRAP bookshelves. No, it’s still messy and cluttered-looking, but I’ve made a dent.

And in the process of denting that space, I moved some clutter to the inside of the chest at the foot of the bed. The top of the chest is still cleared off. I consider that a victory.

I do now have about a dozen cross-stitch patterns and kits that I’m giving away, along with various other crafting and sewing supplies. I’ll post sometime a list of the patterns I have and in what condition they’re in (some are patterns from kits I finished, some are kits I bought but never started, etc.)

Oh, and Lynn: Can I leaf through your turtle patterns sometime? I’m still looking for a good turtle pattern for my mother-in-law’s hat.

It’s date night tonight, which means I’ll be unavailable for the rest of the evening. Have a good night, everyone.

    Sounds like fun.

I had actually started to work on my closet and my room (two days of work (about 5 hours total on both so far)), but got bored rather quick (still needs another 20-30 hours of work!). Perhaps this’ll provide more motivation then I’ve had in a while.

Hope you had fun on your date! :)

Turtles — yes, I had forgotten about the turtles. . . my brain has turned to mush.
