Here’s something that is annoying to me but I should not change it.

When I am at work, it is now nigh-impossible to read emailed comments left to me, because the comments notification system uses the wrong stupid encoding, and my web-based email reader can’t see any text. When I get home, it’s fine. Thus, I have to go to LiveJournal and try to figure out who left a comment for me, and was it on my own post or someone else’s or a community post or what.

I have turned on content security in Internet Explorer so that I have to enter a password every time I go to a LiveJournal page. This makes it harder to surf LJ while at work.

Yes, I am basically trying to make LiveJournal so annoying at work that I will stop using it altogether [Edit: altogether at work-- I have no intention of leaving LJ]. I spend too much time on it at home, and too much at work sometimes, too.
