What do you mean you want an update?

Yes, I’m alive, well, etc. etc. etc.
Working hard. Hardly working. Whatever.
I had my performance review this week. And while my boss didn’t mention anything, I’ve decided to cut back on my LJ time while at work. It’s definitely affecting my productivity and my work ethic, and I don’t think this is a good time economically to indulge that kind of distraction.
At home, of course, I have other distractions, but I do get on once in a while, including Tuesday’s uber-whomp of the board, which was much fun. Honestly, though, I’m spending more time away from LiveJournal now, which is good. It’s a healthy sign. I tend to go through phases of interest in things, and it’s a good sign that my interest in this is waning just a bit. It doesn’t mean I love my friends any less. It just means I’m enjoying life just a little more directly.
In the meantime, I want to welcome to LiveJournal. Lise is a friend of mine who also works with me. I met her through NaNoWriMo last year. Everyone say hi, please.
[I know Cliff also got a LiveJournal, but someone needs to remind me of his username, because I left it at home and can't remember.]
Tomorrow is the game. More dungeon-crawling. Whee. I think this will be a winning situation for the party, though.
