Camping delay

Well, our camping trip was delayed/shortened by a day. We spent the entire day waiting for two bids on our duplex, which we got. We accepted one and gave the other one a “backup” position– basically, we told them that if the first one falls through, we’ll accept their offer. It meant we didn’t leave today, but when you’re talking about a transaction on this scale, it’s worth holding off so we don’t miss the opportunity.
So, I am still here tonight and won’t be leaving till the morning. Spent the evening geocaching with John and Hammer. Had a wonderful time.
