Gas prices

Gas is up to $2.09/gallon at the 76 station I go to, and $2.05/gallon at the cheaper inependent place in SV.
I bought gas the other day for about $30. Urk!
Given the fact that gas prices have risen about 20% in the last couple of months, I figured out how much I spend on gas per month.
About $165.
A bus pass for the Highway 17 Express is $80/month and lets you on any bus in Santa Cruz or Santa Clara counties as well. But the bus would be 2 hours each way, not counting the time spent waiting for it.
Taking the bus is impractical at this point. Perhaps I can trade in the minivan for something with better mileage, though, like a Prius (which are getting popular around here now).
