Workout

I worked out tonight.

–stop to grab remote and change the station DIE MTV! DIE!!! –

2:15 walk
1 min cooldown

At least, I think that’s what it was. Frankly, it was crappy. I feel crappy, I hate exercising. And I think my running shoes were tied too tight (again) because my feet felt numb afterwards. This happens a lot, where my feet kind of numb-up during my workout, but usually not as bad as tonight.
