10-week Program

I’m posting my 10-week program (which is more like 14 weeks because of my current condition) here so I can find it easily later.

30-minute training program
(run/walk X #of times to repeat. Ex: 4/2×5 is run 4, walk 2, repeat five times, total of 20 minutes spent running)

I hate Rain and Stupid People

Ugh.

I got home last night after a 2 hour drive. Did not write at all. Did not study. Lay down on the couch and watched TV until my brain turned to vegetable paste, and then I went to bed.

I am leaving work early today– I want to be ahead of the next phase of the storm, and especially all the drivers who can’t remember how to drive in heavy rain.

Oh, and I did 22 minutes on the treadmill yesterday. 3 sets of “run 2, walk 4.” I am building up to 5 sets, which would be Week One of the 10-week program to being able to run for 30 minutes without stopping.
