I ordered an item from Amazon.com marketplace on September 9, because Amazon.com said it would be mid-October before they’d be able to get it in, and the marketplace seller claimed to have it available.
Well, 2 weeks ago I emailed them because it hadn’t come in. A week later (when I got no response), I emailed them again, and got a reply that it was backordered and was going out that day, and I should have it in 4 business days. That was on Monday. Do I have the book? No.
Amazon.com just sent me an email asking me to rate the marketplace seller. Anyone have some suggestions for comments I can leave? Remember: I do not have the book yet, and I’ve already paid for it. It’s been 1 month since I ordered the book.
Edit: I need to point out that they told me on Monday of last week (Sept. 30th) that the book would ship that day. So, yes, it has now been 10 days, 8 of them business days, since they promised it would be here in 4.
