Feeling lousy.

My knee is still acting up– I wish I knew why or how long this was going to hurt. I’m getting to the point where I realize that my knees are weak because I’m overweight and out of shape. But my knee is actually hurting which means I should not start an exercise program right now. Catch-22, really.
Also, there’s this problem with my head. Now, anyone who knows me knows that I am prone to headaches and migraines of various intenisities. I’ve had a headache for about 3 days now, and its onset and behavior really bugs me. Basically, I tend to wake up with a kind of dull ache, generally around the base of my skull. I go about my daily business, but at some point, I’m bound to move my head very quickly (like even a “hair-flip”) and that’s when the Pain comes. A feeling like something inside my skull has just smooshed painfully goes through the rear right part of my head in a sudden flash. The pain is so intense and so sudden, I usually have to stop for a second and have caught myself gasping out loud or even panting while I try to control the pain. It goes away almost as quickly as it arrived, leaving behind that same dull ache that I can live with just fine, if it weren’t for those sudden flashes of agony.
Anyone have any thoughts? Pinched nerve in need of a new pillow at home? Aneurism waiting to happen? Swelling head injury that I’m not aware of? I should point out that I have not sustained any head traumas in the last 3 years or so.
