Video games
Well, I spent the weekend unproductively playing video games on the new Playstation 2. It’s pretty danged cool. The last time I had a console game system was when we had the Atari 2600. A very cool machine, but it was the original, you know.
The PS2 is a lot of fun, although I really want to get the Baldur’s Gate game on it. I’m more familiar with that game engine, so I think I can play it a little easier and connect with it more readily. The game engine for the other three rpgs are a little weird to me– either it’s a familiarity thing, or they’re just less usable.
